Engagement Hui #3 for Owners will be held via Zoom only on Saturday 19th March 2022, at 10.00 a.m.

Tēnā anō rā tātou e whakaū nei ki te whakatutuki i ngā wawata o rātou mā! Kia kaha te honohono mai kia āta wetewetengia aua wawata kua tūkuna mai ki ō tātou ringaringa.

This is the third in a series of hui to consider development options for the Trust lands and also to discuss introducing a Trustee Rotation and Election policy. The Trustees have decided that due to the high risk of transmission of the Covid-19 Omicron variant in the community and the Covid-19 Pandemic response requirements, this hui will be via Zoom only. Owners wishing to participate must pre-register by email to info@tumukaituna14.co.nz.  Information on how to access Zoom is at the end of this post. In view of the current high risk of virus spread it is recommended that group Zoom gatherings be avoided.

Owners are advised that this hui will not be seeking any formal resolutions.  Any formal resolutions will be sought at the completion of the Hui engagement process after full notification of proposed resolutions. Presentations, recordings and Q & A from the first two hui are on the website and owners new to the engagement are encouraged to view these. This hui will include a brief overview of previously presented information and focus on new information for owners and increased owners participation.

Please note that if Covid-19 issues impact on holding this hui an update will be on the website.
