Voting has now closed, and the results of the postal vote on the TK14 owners resolutions are as follows:
Resolution 1 – Resolution to Amend Trust Order for Rotation of Trustees:
- In favour: 165 votes.
- Against: 5 votes.
Resolution 2 – Resolution to include 3 hapū endorsed trustee seats:
- In favour: 133 votes.
- Against: 36 votes.
Resolution 3 – Resolution on the Infrastructure Corridors and Active Reserve:
- In favour: 135 votes.
- Against: 33 votes.
7 votes were deemed invalid.
