An Engagement Hui for Owners will be held via Zoom only

Sunday 13th February 2022, at 10.00 a.m.

This is the first in a series of hui to consider development options for the Trust lands and also to discuss introducing a Trustee Rotation and Election policy. Due to Covid-19 Pandemic response requirements this hui will be via Zoom only.

Owners wishing to participate must pre-register by email to info@tumukaituna14.co.nz  Information on how to access Zoom will be made available here and emailed to owners who register.

Owners are advised that this hui will not be seeking any formal resolutions. Any formal resolutions will be sought at the 4th Hui after full notification of the proposed resolutions.

Subject to Covid 19 issues, further Engagement hui are proposed as follows:

  • Saturday 26th February 2022 at Tarimano Marae, Awahou
  • Sunday 27th February 2022 at Ruamata Marae, Tikitere
  • Saturday 12th March 2022 at Tamatekapua, Ohinemutu

Separate registration processes will apply for these subsequent hui with a Zoom option to be made available for those wishing to attend virtually. Details will be sent in a separate notice.
